at least not free. Cable doesn't work. Free software updates unavailable from LG. Software appears to load OK on Win-XP system, but software needs an update for CU515 phone or. which isn't available from LG. Nokia, by comparison, does offer free software for similar applications on their phones. This customer is very disappointed.

They said they sent me another one a week ago. I ordered this item almost a month ago. It did not come the first time due to "loss" of the shipment. I still have yet to receive the order and they have done nothing further to correct the situation. I am upset that just about all of the reviews are good and I have had the worst experience ordering from them.
I searched for a long time on how to play with my phone and I thought the bluetooth is enough, later I found out, you will not get the complete access to your phone via bluetooth, so you need more.Then came this cable and BitPim (software), you can make wonders with your phone. This is an ideal usb cable instead of the expensive cable from the LG itself.
